The proposed system in five fingers presents a double advantage. It centralizes circulation while respecting the maximum allowed height in Geneva. This system provides optimal working conditions by ensuring that air and light reach every corner inside the building.
The new building is built around a central space, similar to the skyscrapers kernel but relating the floors in a particular way. It improves corridors, common spaces, bathrooms or archives and the various connections as well as meetings and encounters between employees.
